Amna Rahim

Assistant Director, Advisory Board, and Idaho Hometown Hero Medal Committee

Originally from Pakistan, Amna spent most of her adulthood on the east coast until she moved to Pocatello, Idaho in 2005. She is happy to be part of the Idaho community for over 15 years. In 2018, Amna received her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts at Idaho State University. Currently, Amna is completing her Graduate degree in Public Administration. She is a founding member of the JRM Foundation for Humanity and has served roles in various capacities. Amna is the current committee chair for Idaho Hometown Hero Medal and also serves on the JRM Foundation Advisory Board. Amna facilitates partnerships with local donors and charities. She is proud of the work the Foundation has accomplished over the years and the impact it has had regionally and beyond. Amna has over 13 years of public service experience as a Board of Directors at The Academy Charter School. Her work with the JRM foundation fulfills her passion for giving everyone choices and resources to meet their goals. In her free time Amna enjoys traveling, reading, and most importantly spending quality time with her family and her precious dog Yoda.
