Dave Martinez is the Chief Public Defender for Bannock County. He has worked in public defense for 25 years and is passionate about his work and the belief that everyone deserves a second chance. He has been involved in the drug court programs of the Sixth Judicial District since their inception. Dave lives in Pocatello with his wife, JoAnn, he has 2 adult children, Anthony and Andrew. He is not to be disturbed when Arsenal is on TV.
